• Top face resurfacing — We machine the bellhousing’s top surface flat to prevent misalignment and ensure even load across the mating face.

• Pump pocket restoration — The internal pocket is precision-machined to OEM depth, ensuring perfect fit for rotor, slide, and vanes without interference.

• Outer flange face resurfacing — The external bolt flange is faced in relationship with the top and pump pocket to ensure a perfect fit.

• Spring cavity relief — We remove material around the spring area to make sure there is zero interference under load — no rubbing, no binding.

• Inspection & final tolerances — Every housing is measured and verified before shipping so it meets tight tolerances in all axes.
